Zöld, made from Silvaner grapes, reflects its distinctive terroir, featuring limestone, loess, and flint soils. Its unique character is developed through a four-week skin contact fermentation process, followed by an extended nine-month period of aging on gross lees in 1200-liter used oak casks.
It presents itself with a balanced acidity that perfectly complements its vibrant notes of ripe pear and quince, along with juiciness and spiciness.
