Schödl Family
Rosé Brut NV Bio
Rosé Brut NV Bio
The base wine matures for ten months in stainless steel tanks and oak casks. After bottling for a second fermentation, it gently rests for 24 months on the lees. Meticulously hand-riddled and disgorged on the estate, it presents a creamy mousseux texture.
It exudes an elegance defined by fresh and complex red berry notes, complemented by a delicate yeast influence and a long, nuanced finish.
