Riesling grapes come from various steep slopes around Auen, cultivated in sandstone and clay slate soils. After 6-12 hours of skin contact, they were gently pressed and matured for 11 months on full yeast in steel tanks and large oak casks.
The wine was bottled unfiltered, so feel free to turn the bottle to dispense the sediment and reveal its fresh and complex character.
