This sparkling wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Blanc. The base wine matures for 12 months in large oak casks before undergoing a second fermentation with zero dosage, using must from the following vintage, in this case, from 2020. It then ages for 12 months in the bottle.
The result is a sparkling wine characterized by its finesse and elegance, featuring notes of red berries, violet, and roses.
