This Pinot Rosé is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Blanc from the Römerstich vineyard, known for its sandstone and clay slate soils. Crafted through gentle whole bunch pressing without maceration, it boasts a bright color.
After a lengthy fermentation in used barrique casks and 6 months on full yeast, it matures in the bottle for 30 months.
Very dry, with fine notes of red berries, beautifully juicy, and aromatic.
