Pet Naturel NV Bio

This Pet Nat (Pétillant Naturel) is a blend of Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, and red and white Riesling grapes, with each contributing to its unique character.
Cultivated in loess, clay, and sandy soils, the grapes undergo a special process. After harvest, they are crushed and experience skin contact for several hours, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The fermenting juice is then bottled with the precise amount of residual sugar for the final fermentation, where natural yeasts work their magic, converting the sugar into alcohol and carbon dioxide. This Pet Nat undergoes a single disgorgement after completing fermentation in the bottle.
The result is a Pet Nat with pure, juicy notes of ripe pears and lime, complemented by lively herbal undertones. It's refreshing, with an elegant mineral core.
