This Pet Nat blends Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, and Scheurebe grapes and is grown in sandstone and clay slate soils. Fermented in steel tanks, it's bottled with the ideal residual sugar for the final fermentation, resulting in fine bubbles.
It has beautiful notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, pears, and gooseberry, concluding with a mineral and salty finish.
