Parcellás Pinot Sekt Brut Nature 2016 Bio
Parcellás Pinot Sekt Brut Nature 2016 Bio
It matures for 12 months in 1000 L Georgian amphorae, followed by a second fermentation with zero dosage, using only must from the next vintage, in this case, from 2017. Afterwards, it ages for 24 months in the bottle.
The result exhibits notes of apricot, peach, nectarine, and walnut. It is elegant and refreshing with a delicate effervescence.
