In den Kreuthern Grüner Veltliner 2021 Bio

In den Kreuthern Grüner Veltliner 2021 Bio

This wine originates from 60-year-old vines thriving in chalky soils, which produce small, aromatic grapes filled with rich flavors and a distinct minerality.
After harvest, the whole bunches undergo a 12-hour skin contact in the press to extract nuanced flavors and minerality. Fermentation takes place in large oak foudres after a gentle pressing, followed by bottling after a 10-month aging period on fine lees, without filtration.
The result is a wine with aromas of ripe pears, white blossoms, and subtle minerality on the nose, complemented by spicy notes, elegant acidity, and a mineral-textured palate.
