Roland Velich's Hidden Treasure project is a collaboration with young winemakers from the Pannonian Basin.
The Hidden Treasures Nr. 2, crafted in collaboration with Kis Tamás, combines Furmint (45%), Hárslevelü (45%), and Welschriesling (10%) from blocks near Nagy-Somló, north of Lake Balaton.
It undergoes partial maturation in steel tanks and used oak casks, deriving its character from volcanic soils.
Expect delicate notes of pear and quince, a juicy and pure taste, and a subtle hint of salinity.
