The Hidden Treasures Nr. 3, crafted in collaboration with Villa Tolnay, combines Furmint and Riesling from blocks near Csobánc Hill, close to Hungary's Lake Balaton.
Grown in volcanic and limestone soils, it matures separately in 750 L - 2500 L oak casks for a minimum of 12 months before being blended and further aged for 6 months in steel or oak casks.
It presents aromas of pear, vineyard peach, and herbs, with a juicy and cool nose, while the palate offers notes of quince, citrus, and delicate minerality.
