Their Espumante 3B Blanc de Blancs blends 70% Bical, 23% Maria Gomes, and 7% Cercial grapes from various blocks around Óis do Bairro, cultivated in limestone clay soils with a maritime influence.
It underwent a second fermentation in the bottle, aging on fine lees for 9 months, with zero dosage. 
This sparkling wine presents a mineral and smoky nose with hints of pear and thyme. On the palate, it offers a refreshing, mineral character.
