The 2021 Erdreich is a blend of 50 % Muscatel and 50 % Scheurebe, sourced from limestone, loess, flint, and clay soils.
Each grape variety is separately fermented on the mash and then aged for 12 months in 1200 L used oak casks.
It reveals aromas of spicy must, quince, and a summer meadow, while offering a fresh and lively palate with subtle saltiness.
