This wine blends Bical and Arinto, two indigenous white grape varieties grown on different blocks around Óis do Bairro, characterized by limestone and clay soils. These vineyards, situated just 15 km from the ocean with an eastern orientation, benefit from the intense Atlantic influence.
The grapes undergo gentle whole bunch pressing and separate fermentation in steel tanks, with 10% aged in used French 500-600 L oak casks.
The wine has notes of pear and thyme on the nose, while the palate offers a refreshing finish with a salty, mineral character.
