This Blaufränkisch Burgenland hails from vines aged 8-50 years on the Lutzmannsburg plateau. After a 3-week fermentation in steel and open vats, it matures for a minimum of 20 months in 500 L - 4500 L used oak casks.
The soil, a blend of sand, clay, loam, and limestone, imparts a unique character.
Expect notes of black cherry, black pepper, and black currant in this juicy, spicy, fresh, and delicate wine, brimming with finesse.
