Blanc de Noir NV

Blanc de Noir NV

The Pinot Noir grapes for this Blanc de Noir come from chalky loam soils and undergo a gentle whole bunch pressing after harvest. It matures in large oak casks for ten months, followed by 48 months of rest on the lees after bottling for a second fermentation.
The wine is hand-riddled and disgorged on the estate.
It has a fine effervescence with a bone-dry character and elegant red berry notes. It offers a mineral essence, coupled with vitality, finesse, and balance.
