Schödl Family
Blanc de Blancs NV Bio
Blanc de Blancs NV Bio
Following a gentle whole bunch pressing post-harvest, the base wine matures for ten months in stainless steel tanks and oak casks. Subsequent bottling for a second fermentation leads to a 24-month rest on the lees, culminating in meticulous hand-riddling and disgorgement on the estate.
The wine's bouquet is characterized by ripe pears and green apples, offering an enticing fruity aroma. Its palate is a delightful fusion of juiciness, freshness, and a touch of salinity, leading to an elegant, lingering finish.
