André Heucq's Pinot Meunier Champagne comes from the Les Roches single vineyard, featuring 22-year-old vines in sand and calcareous clay soil. It ferments in oak casks and matures therin for 36 months on the lees, followed by almost 4 years of aging in cork-sealed bottles before disgorgement. It receives zero dosage.
This multilayered Champagne reveals delicate mirabelle and dried herb notes, culminating in a salty, mineral finish. It evolves in complexity when given time in the glass, expressing the terroir with beautiful finesse.
